Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and IGOR BEZRUCHKO PR BEOGRAD ("we"), the operator of Expenda. By creating an account or using the Expenda apps or expenda.io, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Expenda.

The service

Expenda helps you record and understand your spending: wallets, transactions, budgets, planned payments, subscriptions and receipts. It works on your device and synchronises with our servers.

Expenda is a record-keeping tool. It is not a bank, does not hold or move money, and does not give financial, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on what Expenda shows you.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Expenda. Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us at support@expenda.io if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your content

The records, attachments and other content you put into Expenda stay yours. You give us permission to store, copy, process and transmit them only as needed to run Expenda for you, for example to sync them between your devices. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from any copy the law requires us to keep.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you attach, such as photos of receipts.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• break the law or help anyone else break it with Expenda;
• try to access other people's accounts or data;
• probe, overload or disrupt our systems, or get around their security or usage limits;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer Expenda, except where the law allows it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Third-party services

Some features rely on other companies, such as Google sign-in. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

Price

Expenda is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price before you pay anything, and these terms will be updated.

Changes and availability

Expenda is new and will change. We may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend creating a CSV export from time to time.

Ending your use

You can stop using Expenda and delete your account at any time; see Delete your Expenda account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, or stop offering Expenda with reasonable notice. Before we stop offering it, we will give you a chance to export your data.

Disclaimers

Expenda is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of Expenda. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights your local law gives you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim in its courts.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Expenda after that, the new terms apply.
